What should I be aware of for international shipping? How are customs procedures handled?International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and import fees. Our platform is not responsible for any customs procedures. If any issues arise at customs, they must be handled by the customer themselves.

Refunds/ExchangesOnce a customer places an order and makes a payment, the order cannot be modified or canceled. All products on our site are shipped directly from Japan and are immediately packed and dispatched, hence we do not accept cancellations for personal reasons. We apologize if an order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability and will issue refunds using the original payment method. If damage occurs during transportation by the logistics company in the customer's location, we are unable to process exchanges or compensation.
