Our store wholesales products from Japanese manufacturers (without Chinese labels) through regular bulk purchasing channels, eliminating the costs of intermediaries and physical stores to achieve the most affordable prices.
For Japanese products, except for food and special items, the production date is not indicated. Japan has very strict regulations on the shelf life of products; items without a production date are presumed to have a shelf life of 3 years for skincare and 5 years for makeup. However, due to different manufacturer policies, some brands and products do include production dates and expiration dates.
All products in our store comply with the quality, safety, hygiene, environmental protection, and labeling standards or technical specifications of their country of origin. However, some products may differ from standards in other countries. Any loss or other risks arising from these differences will be borne by the customer.
Japanese product packaging is frequently updated. If there is any inconsistency in packaging, please verify if the product barcode matches. We will update the product images as soon as possible.
Different skin types and physical constitutions can affect how skincare, health supplements, and cosmetics are absorbed and their effectiveness, which varies from person to person. Our store cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the health, nutritional, and cosmetic products we sell after use. Customers are advised to purchase with an understanding and acceptance of this. Please note that products sold cannot be returned or exchanged due to these issues. We appreciate your understanding.
No brand or product can guarantee 100% allergy-free reactions for all skin types, and individual issues are unavoidable. We recommend checking for allergenic ingredients before purchasing to avoid unnecessary losses. Please choose to buy with an understanding and acceptance of this. Products sold cannot be returned or exchanged due to such issues, and we ask for your understanding. Also, before using the product, please perform a skin test on areas like your wrist. If you experience redness, swelling, pimples, or other allergic reactions, please discontinue use.
To save on resource costs, the packaging of most Japanese cosmetics and pharmaceutical products is very simple. Some facial cleansers, toothpastes, creams, etc., do not have foil seals and can be used immediately upon opening. Additionally, liquid or cream cosmetics are usually not filled to the brim, leaving about 3-4 cm below the bottle neck to prevent spillage upon opening. This is generally normal.
