Shipping terms

Welcome to Buyins. Please read the following terms of use carefully before using this platform:

1. Shipping source
Most of the products on this platform will be shipped directly from Japan. Some items may be shipped from various regional warehouses. The specific shipping location of the product will be determined based on inventory status and logistics efficiency.

 

2. Delivery time
Except for pre-order items, general orders will be shipped within 7-14 working days after the customer completes the order and makes payment. We will try our best to ensure timely delivery, but delivery times may vary due to logistics, weather or other uncontrollable factors.

 

3. Shipping method
Shipping method will be selected based on destination and product characteristics. We will work with reputable logistics service providers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

 

4. Shipping costs
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order. Specific shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

 

5. Track your order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check the shipping status of your order.

 

6. International Shipping
For international orders, buyers may be responsible for additional duties, taxes, and other import charges. These costs will be borne by the buyer

7. Receipt of goods
Please check whether the package is intact when it arrives. If you find any damage or missing items, please contact our customer service immediately.
 

8. Delay or loss
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delayed or lost shipments. Please contact us and we will assist in tracking the order and try to resolve the issue.

9. Refund and Return Policy

  • Order Processing: Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be altered or canceled. All products are shipped directly from Japan and are immediately packaged and dispatched, thus we do not accept cancellations for personal reasons. In cases of stock shortages or other circumstances preventing order fulfillment, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • After-Sales Service: Our platform provides after-sales service, limited to the following conditions:

    • Missing or damaged products upon receipt (including breakage, leakage, etc.).

    • Discrepancies between the delivered products and the order. In such cases, please submit photos or videos of the unboxing within one week of receipt to apply for service. Beyond this period or without valid evidence, we cannot assume responsibility.

  • Import Risks: Customers should review and comply with import regulations before placing an order. If products are confiscated or taxes levied due to legal restrictions, our platform will not be responsible and no refunds will be issued.

  • Packaging and Shipping: Each order is packaged as a single unit; we do not offer splitting or dividing services. Customers should place orders separately as needed. If an order is canceled due to quantity limits, any discount coupons used will be invalidated without compensation.

  • Customs Handling: Our platform is not responsible for any customs procedures or brokerage services. If an EMS shipment encounters issues at customs (such as taxes, return shipping, or customs declaration), the customer must handle it independently. If customs clearance is not achieved due to the customer's failure to handle relevant procedures or pay taxes, no refunds will be provided by our platform.

  • Customs Issue Disclaimer: If an error occurs during the declaration process by the customer, leading to the goods being unable to clear customs or being detained or returned, resulting in the expiration of goods or additional costs, our website will not assume any responsibility and no refunds will be made.

  • Product Storage Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the proper storage of purchased products. If improper storage leads to damage or degradation of product quality, our website will not be liable for any compensation.

  • Product Sales and Resale: All products sold on our website are sourced from physical drugstores in Japan and are intended for personal use only. Any issues arising from the resale or gifting of purchased products are not the responsibility of our website.

  • Usage Risk Statement: Products sold on our website comply with Japanese domestic standards. Customers assume all risks associated with the use of these products.

  • Product Specification Changes: If the manufacturer changes the product's composition or size without prior notice, we will seek customer consent before shipping. If customers do not accept the updated product, the entire order will be canceled. Please note that product specifications may vary by country but do not affect the quality of the product. Some products may have different manufacturing specifications in different batches due to manufacturer's planning.

  • Additional Information:

All products sold on our website are local Japanese items and are part of international transactions, hence invoices or receipts cannot be provided.

Modification of Recipient Information: If you need to change recipient details, please contact our customer service within one hour after placing the order. As postal items cannot be amended once dispatched, we cannot guarantee the feasibility of changes.
